Palm Olein Based Cooking Oil

Description

The most commonly available cooking oil available is made from Palm Olein. It is the liquid fraction obtained by fractionation of palm oil which is derived from the fleshy mesocarp of the fruit of the oil palm (Elaeis guineensis). The cooking oil is refined and then fortified with added vitamins and minerals.
